The final version of the piece I was working on yesterday.
I had more done to this in Photoshop where it had the little sparkly things around them like it was in the movie, but the more I looked at it, the more I thought it was just taking away from the image...not helping it. So I just decided to upload this as the final version.
The image comes from the scene at the end of the movie where Belle finally admits she is in love with him and he comes back to life and changes into his human form.
The title comes from the narration at the beginning of the movie, the part where he says, "As the years passed, he fell into despair and lost all hope. For who could ever learn to love a beast?"
Done with Prismacolor Markers and Colored Pencils.

Edit: Less blurry looking I suppose, also his hair is brighter.
