If Hayao Miyazaki happened to find this particular piece of art, inspired by his film, I'd think he would smile. I know I did, and I'd imagine many other have and will. For many, this was the first of that specific director's movies watched; many of them as little kids awestruck by the fantasy world of wonder and tragedy. This film may or may not have been an important impact on the artist's childhood, he or she may of just recently come by this film not even a year ago for I could know. But I know he or she felt something. And that's something I appreciate, and others surely do and will as well.
